“You cannot change what you don’t track…”
You can track a lot of different variables, such as weight, body fat, measurements, body photos, etc. Without tracking it’s not possible to know if you’re going in the right direction or not.
When you track, you are more accountable for your results. Adjustments can also be made if you’re not going in the right direction. An objective view, like I’ve lost 1kg of body fat this week, is often better than a subjective one, like I feel like I’ve lost weight but I’m not sure.
