I’ve seen a nice improvement in my FTP over the first 3 months of my training program. I started at 252 in Jan, hit 259 in Feb, and have now hit 278. Quite a big jump which i put mainly down to my riding at the training camp in Mallorca.
I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to get my FTP somewhere close to 290 in the next 3 months.
