2-to-1 Personal Training

All sessions take place in my private training studio. It’s perfectly sized for 2-on-1 sessions.

Ideal for couples and sharing the cost of personal training with a friend.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Mixed Sessions – Sessions can be a mix of strength, HIIT and circuits. I will tailor it to your preferences.

  • Efficient – Each session is 45 mins. Long enough to get excellent results when done consistently.

  • Specific – If you want to achieve a certain goal, we can work towards that.

  • Privacy – It will only be you and your training partner with me, so no sharing of equipment.

  • Nutrition – We can look at your food choices and help you improve each week.

THE DETAILS

  • FREE 30 min consultation before we train together. Let’s meet, talk and see if we want to work together

  • FREE bottle of water for each person with every session

  • FREE shower facilities – towel, shower gel and shampoo provided

  • FREE vegan super shake for each person after every session, which can be used instead of a meal

  • PAID in blocks of 5 sessions (cash or bank transfer)

  • Note: Both people must come to each session and no discount if only 1 turns up
