Mixed Sessions – Sessions can be a mix of strength, HIIT and circuits. I will tailor it to your preferences.
Efficient – Each session is 45 mins. Long enough to get excellent results when done consistently.
Specific – If you want to achieve a certain goal, we can work towards that.
Privacy – It will only be you and your training partner with me, so no sharing of equipment.
Nutrition – We can look at your food choices and help you improve each week.
