1-TO-1, 2-To-1 & Body Transformation

If you’re thinking about getting a personal trainer, you might not be sure which service is best suited to you.

For example, what are the benefits of 1 on 1 training vs 2 on 1? And should you take on a body transformation program?

All are very good questions which I will aim to give some insight into below.

1-TO-1 Vs 2-TO-1 Training

With one on one training, you get 100% of the attention from the trainer. This is best suited to those who need or want extra supervision or are new to training.

It’s also best suited to those who want to have sessions tailored specifically for them without any compromise on having to work with another person.

With two on one training, obviously you will get a little less attention. But depending on how well matched you and your training partner are it might not be that much less.

For example, if you are both of a similar fitness, strength and ability level then it can be very efficient. However, if there is a big difference between you two or you are wanting a different kind of training session it will make it harder to co-ordinate the exercises fully.

Body Transformation Program

For those who want quicker results, following a structured and more intense program such as my body transformation program is ideal. Being 4 sessions a week means your levels of activity will be greatly increased.

I also provide a lot more involved support outside of the sessions, helping you with motivation, setting new goals each week and making sure your food stays on track.

We will use photos and measurements to track your progress.

I also use DNA testing (saliva swab sample) so we can see exactly how your body responds to fats, carbs and different types of training. This will help you get improved results.
