  • A recipe book, ingredient substitution list and supermarket shopping list for your diet plan

  • Dietician – Get a tailor made, step-by-step diet plan to follow to get you to your goal weight. Registered dieticians have the expert knowledge to get results in a safe way. Expect to see enhanced results using this approach.

  • Supported – Having the support of the dietician is critically important, as your food intake can make or break the program. Having in-person consultations keeps you accountable.

  • Variety – Changing your diet plan adds variety and gives you a target to hit. All meals are adaptable and flexible to your lifestyle and individual needs.

  • 3 x DEXA scans using medical grade equipment

  • Weekly progress photos

WHY IT WORKS

  • DEXA Scan – A scientific way measure body fat, visceral fat (internal fat), and muscle mass to give you an amazingly accurate image of your body composition. You will do 3 in total throughout the 12 week program to see exactly what has changed and where. There is no better way to measure your progress and results.

  • Photos – A picture says a thousand words, which is why taking progress photos is so helpful. You will see your body shape changing.

  • Resting Metabolic Rate – This is how many calories you burn each day, which ensures you aren’t eating too much nor too little
