L’Etape Training Plan Week 4
Welcome to the fourth week of my L’Etape training plan guide. Here is the training overview to see the overall idea. You can see the week 3 details here.
Some points about this week:
- I came back from snowboarding mid-way through
- I didn’t feel that motivated after the holiday…
- I dropped the S&C workout but did a short circuit
- I added in some foam rolling
Day 1 – Snowboarding
Day 2 – Snowboarding
Day 3 – Rest
Day 4 – Watt Bike Intervals, Swim
Day 5 – Walk, Yoga, Foam Roller
Day 6 – Rest
Day 7 – Gym blast
Watt Bike Intervals
- 57 min workout from Watt Bike app
- “Building Blocks” – Intervals of climbing
Very limited gym workout this week. Just a quick 15 minute circuit:
- Box jumps
- Sledge pushes
- Side jumps
- Mountain climbers
- 1 x Cycle to the gym and back (9km total)
- Snowboarding weekend
- 1 x Swim session
