- Only 1 long ride and an S&C session

Steady Road Ride

- 1154m elevation gain
- Avg Heart Rate 150
- Avg Speed 28.6kph
- Varying between zones 2, 3, 4 & 5
1 x Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Workout
