ABOUT ME
WHY LISTEN TO ME?
I started my fitness journey when I was 10 as a professional footballer. After 8 years of training hard, I got a very bad injury which stopped me playing football for 2 years.
After that incident, my life at that time was plagued by poor decisions, especially when it came to my health, relationships and fitness.
I felt tired and depressed most of the time because of family problems and my situation. I wasn’t living a healthy lifestyle at all.
I thought I’d never be able to be that healthy and fit person again.
But then, one day, I decided to take charge of my own life again. I was ready to start my fitness journey.
However, I was a little chubby girl, who had no idea where to start, but I did have a strong mind-set and a solid plan. I made a commitment to myself to stick with it and do my best.
I went on courses, to seminars and trained with different people so I could gather as much information as possible. I kept on doing that for years, and I still do it now because there’s always something to learn, everyday!
And the result? I’ve been able to achieve my health and fitness goals, I now feel healthier than ever. Also I’ve had the opportunity to help my clients do the same.
So no matter where you’re starting from, no matter how bad you feel you situation might be, there is always a way to change it. To better it. All you have to do is take the first step. It may seem daunting, but with support and guidance it is possible.
