L’Etape Training Plan Week 9

Week 9 of L’Etape training has arrived. Very different this week for 2 main reasons:

  1. I’m at a boxing training course Monday to Thursday
  2. I’m at a training camp in Mallorca from Saturday for 1 week

So pretty much this week is a rest week, apart from the exercise I’ll be doing at the boxing training course. Then it starts properly on the weekend when I’m at the training camp.
