L’Etape Training Plan Week 9
Week 9 of L’Etape training has arrived. Very different this week for 2 main reasons:
- I’m at a boxing training course Monday to Thursday
- I’m at a training camp in Mallorca from Saturday for 1 week
So pretty much this week is a rest week, apart from the exercise I’ll be doing at the boxing training course. Then it starts properly on the weekend when I’m at the training camp.

From Port De Pollenca to Cap De Formentor:

A Hill too Far
From Port De Pollensa, through Inca, Bunyola, Soller, Lluc & back to Pollensa
- 6 hour ride, 146km
- 162 avg power output
- 2,410m elevation
- 140 avg heart rate
- 24.8 avg kph
No Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Workouts This week

No other workouts this week as the riding is quite intense.
