I was a little skeptical about EMS at first, until I started using it myself. I’ve found it to be very effective for delivering an effective, time saving workout.
After just a few sessions I was convinced of its effectiveness, especially for those with limited time to workout and who don’t like lifting weights.
That’s when I decided to start offering it as a service to my clients.
