L’Etape Training Plan Week 11
This is the 11th week of training now, and the start of the 2nd block for L’Etape. Check out the training overview to see how I’ve planned it all out. You can see the week 10 details here.
Things to note about this week:
- I came back from a week in Mallorca
- I did another FTP test
- I only managed a short S&C session

- 173 Avg Heart Rate

- 3.475 Watts/KG
I’ve seen a nice improvement in my FTP over the first 3 months of my training program. I started at 252 in Jan, hit 259 in Feb, and have now hit 278. Quite a big jump which i put mainly down to my riding at the training camp in Mallorca.
I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to get my FTP somewhere close to 290 in the next 3 months.

The workout was short this week because I had just got back from Mallorca and was still kind of resting. I had a workout planned for the next day, too.
